Agent University: agent partners complete regional product training, in-person where possible. This intensive, interactive training covers Total Weather Insurance and how each component of the coverage works, information about The Climate Corporation, how TWI complements MPCI, and more.
Advanced Risk Management: this optional training program for graduates of Agent University focuses on relevant risk management best practices, TWI sales skills, and specific information related to The Climate Corporation’s technology and yield models.
Product training webinars: these webinars are offered throughout the selling season and recordings are posted online for reinforcement of key topics and updates related to new product features or offerings.
