Built Maps Data
Maps are built automatically in real-time on the iPad® device that’s connected in the cab and also on all other iPad™ devices for the current season.
Maps from older seasons can be built or cleared by using the Data page in Settings.
Below is an estimation of the amount of storage required for fields that have maps built.
Remember to account for acres planted, sprayed, and harvested for each season. For example, a 40 acre field may end up being 120 acres worth of stored data for a season with planting, application, and harvest data.
| Approximate MB/Acre | Approximate Acres on 128GB iPad® Device | |
| FieldView™ Drive | .6 MB/Acre | 200,000 Acres |
| 20/20 | 1.3 MB/Acre | 100,000 Acres |
