TWI and Named Peril parametric insurance policies are underwritten by North American Elite Insurance Company (NAE) and administered by The Climate Insurance Agency LLC, a licensed insurance agency. The Climate Insurance Agency LLC acts as the sole general agent of NAE authorized to underwrite and bind coverage for the weather insurance program from Climate LLC (TCC).

The TCC portfolio written by NAE is reinsured with Swiss Re (i.e. Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Ltd).
