Monitor Your Fields From Anywhere

If you can see it, you can improve it. And with FieldView’s data visualization, it makes it easy to identify precisely what’s happening in your fields. Using field health imagery, you can efficiently scout and track your in-season crop health using a variety of vegetation, scouting and true color viewing modes.

One of the best parts of this functionality is the Vegetation Image—a real-time visualization map of your field health based on your current plant growth. In short, this color index map helps you determine which areas of your acreage might need attention. 

Though similar to the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), FieldView generates the Vegetation Image using our proprietary Climate Crop Index (CCI), which provides a better correlation between your green biomass content and your end-of-season corn yield. Additionally, we recently advanced our CCI technology to generate more nuanced and accurate readings of high biomass areas of your field, ultimately producing more valuable data for you and your operation.

Follow Field Conditions in Real-Time

Using FieldView, you can easily monitor your crop progress through the field health imagery grid view page. From there, you can use the vegetation tab to sort areas by high biomass readings to help identify which fields are ready for an application and—just as important—which ones aren’t. You can also view field conditions like wind speed and other weather data on all of your mapped fields so you can find the ideal window to start spraying.

Personally, I learn a lot by doing. The same can be said on the farm, especially when you’re in the cab. If you opt to share your FieldView account with your dealer, it enables you to seamlessly capture static-rate or real-time maps as you make your applications. In a recent addition, our new widgets allow you to track and log the live weather conditions while you work. With all this data streamlined in one place, you can automatically export PDF reports to calculate cost-splitting or verify compliance. You can also share these reports via email or text message. This is particularly useful in running and assessing application trials.

Harness the Power of Teamwork

No one knows your land like you do. So to help you and your team stay on top of every inch, FieldView makes it easy to share precise field locations based on your tablet’s GPS coordinates. You can also drop scouting pins in the FieldView Cab app. And to enable better collaboration in real time, you can also insert comments and images per each pin so everyone can see and understand what you’re doing in your fields.
